Mr. Yap Chin Yau holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University Sains Malaysia. He has more than 19 years experience in project planning, design, tender, contract administration, commissioning and overall project management of Mechanical services, which are included Air Conditioning & Ventilation Services, Fire Protection Services, Cold Water & Sanitary Plumbing Services, Swimming Pool Services, LPG Services and Lift Installation Services.

He has been involved in projects, such as KL Woman and Child Hospital, Tier III Data Center located in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan, various of housing projects, office tower project the Celcom Tower and etc.
