Ms. Syafinas Binti Mohamad Pilus holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Melaya, Malaysia. She has more than 11 years experience in design, tender, supervision, implementation, testing and commissioning of major infrastructure projects.

She has been involved in Toll Collection System, Traffic Control and Surveillance System for East Coast Expressway II, Penang Second Bridge, South Luzon Expressway in Philippines, Lebuh Raya Kajang Seremban, Eastern Dispersal Link Expressway (EDL), Kuala Selangor Expressway (KLSE) and etc.
