Ir. Lim Lee Cheng holds a double degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Electrical Power and Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) in Electrical and Electronic, both from University Tenaga Nasional. She has more than 15 years experience in engineering consultancy and project management.

She has been involved in design, tender, supervision, implementation, testing and commissioning of major infrastructure projects including Toll Collection System, Traffic Control and Surveillance System, Intelligent Transportation System, Street Lighting and Township Development including building M&E design such as housing and commercial projects.

She also has experience in Railway Requirement Management, Human Factors and Ergonomic Design Review and project management in KVMRT 1, KVMRT2 and LRT 3 projects.
