Ir. Leong Seak Wai holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University of South Alabama, United States.  He has more than 17 years experience covering engineering consultancy and project management.

He has been involved in Building M & E Services and Tunnel M&E Systems in various capacities as Mechanical Engineer and Senior Engineer with experience gained in project management, site coordination, design, tender, testing and commissioning of mechanical installations and SCADA System.
