Ms. Chang Siaw Yi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from University Tenaga Nasional (Uniten).  She has more than 12 years experience in Building M & E Services in project planning, design, tender, contract administration, commissioning and overall project management of Mechanical services, which are included Air Conditioning & Ventilation Services, Fire Protection Services, Cold Water & Sanitary Plumbing Services, Swimming Pool Services, LPG Services and Lift Installation Services.

She has been involved in projects, such as KL Woman and Child Hospital, office tower project the Celcom Tower, several of housing project, Infrastructure Electrical & Mechanical System for Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Sungai Buloh – Kajang Line under MMC-Gamuda JV and etc.
